Upload PNG, JPG or WebP. Small, high-contrast source art makes cleaner cells; large photos usually need more manual cleanup.
IMAGE TO PIXEL GRID
Convert a sprite, icon or simple image into a crisp, editable pixel grid. Preserve deliberate hard edges with pixel sampling, then control the color count and clean up individual cells.

Pixel sampling favors hard edges. Adjust grid size and color count in Setup, then inspect curves and single-cell noise before applying the result.
Recolor individual cells and use the pattern exports for a visual grid and counts. The same workspace also supports printable fuse bead projects.
This converter is built for grid planning and bead-pattern exports. It does not export game-engine sprite sheets, tilesets, animation frames or palette-indexed asset files.
Icons, sprites and illustrations with solid color regions work well. If the source is already pixel art, set the target grid close to its original logical pixel dimensions. A photograph needs more simplification and often some hand editing.
Compression and antialiased edges can introduce nearly identical colors. Lower the color count, inspect the preview at full size and clean up isolated cells in the editor. Use a PNG source when you have one to avoid JPEG artifacts.
The exports are made for visual grids and bead patterns. For sprites, tilesets or animation frames, finish the artwork in an image editor that exports the file dimensions and transparency your game engine requires.
